What we do
Robur Systems is an independent quality and compliance consultancy working with defence and regulated manufacturers. We take suppliers through NATO AQAP and ISO management system requirements; gap analysis, documentation architecture, internal audit programmes, and readiness for assessment. Our work is grounded in experience and our capability is certified to recognised standards, including ISO 9001 and AQAP Lead Auditor qualification.
Why Robur
The name comes from Quercus robur, the oak that grows across the Baltics. In Latin, robur means both the oak and strength, the root that gives English the word robust. It describes what a management system should be: something that holds when it is tested, rather than something that looks correct until someone leans on it. That is the difference between a system built to pass an assessment and one built to be used, and it is the only kind we build.
